Professor Asiamah is the Board Chairman of Best Pensions Trust, President/Executive Director of Institute of Certified Business Analysts & Consultants (ICBAC), Chief Executive Officer of Clearance Consult Limited, Executive Director of Governance & Leadership Institute and Chairman of Quench Industries Limited with more than twelve years work experience in the field of Business Consulting.

As an Accredited Financial Analyst, Chartered Accountant, Investment and Organization Development Consultant, Professor Asiamah has spent most of his consulting years helping organizations develop to achieve their goals and make productive corporate and strategic decisions.
He is the first African to be appointed to the high office of professorship in Educational Leadership and Business Management by the Technology University of America. He is a council member of Chartered Institute of Management Specialists – USA (CIMS) and a Member of International Board of Standards. He holds two Masters Degrees, a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Doctorate in International Business Management and Taxation.
 
 
   
 
Mr. Nelson is a KPMG trained qualified Chartered Accountant with ACCA of UK (2005) and ICA Ghana (2007) qualifications. He also holds a Certificate in Structural Finance from Africa Import Export Bank and currently pursuing MSc in Finance. His audit experience covers mining, the energy sector and commodities in general. He also has a strong financial sector experience covering insurance, universal and investment banking. His competencies are in financial reporting and auditing, financial and business analysis. He is strong in financial modelling and a great team player.
David is a passionate, goal-oriented and highly efficient professional who has chalked many successes in his professional work. Prior post KPMG roles include leading finance positions including CFO & Head of Corporate Planning for Liberty Commodities Limited, traders in petroleum and commodities (2012-2016); and also in charge of Liberty Group financial reporting. He has managed Balance Sheet over $230m in assets. He was also the Head of Finance and Accounts for SIC Life Insurance Limited, then the biggest life insurer in the country (2005-2011). From 2001 and 2005, David was with KPMG and worked on key audits like TotalFinaElf, the merger between Total and Elf petroleum companies that evolved into Total Ghana Limited; Bank of Ghana, the nation’s central bank; and was in-charge of the last audit of Citi Savings & Loans that was acquired by Standard Bank of Nigeria that also metamorphosed into Access Bank (Ghana) Limited. Some other key assignments include special work at CDH Securities and Shell Ghana Limited.
David is currently on the Boards of Radcon Belma Limited, Best Pensions Trust Limited and Medi Ghana Microfinance Limited.
 
 
   
 
Mr. Danso-Dodoo is a Management Consultant with expertise in start-up businesses. He is currently the Managing Director for Special Ice Limited. He was formerly the Managing Director of Sun Ridge (Producers of Safina Mineral Water) and Aqua-In Limited. He has held various managerial positions in other businesses.
Mr. Danso-Dodoo is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana). He also holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration in Finance from the University of Ghana. He attended Adisadel College, Cape Coast. He is a very strong and devoted Christian and is married with four children.
 
 
   
 
Michael Parker has over 25 years’ experience in developing and developed markets. He has taken roles in different capacities in the areas of operating Investing, Technology Strategy Management and Private Equity Investment.
Michael was very instrumental in the Formation and management of Helios Investment Partners. He was involved in Equity Investments acquisition and development of telecommunications towers operations across Africa i.e. Ghana, Nigeria, DRC, Tanzania and South Africa. Helios Towers is the first (1st) Africa Towerco Business to list on the London stock Exchange (IPO) with estimated total value of 2.47 Billion. 
Michael was Part of Newe Partners a US$100 million Sub Sahara Africa special Focused sector Fund and joined Cayor Capital Advisory Board, where he advised major clients for Cayor Capital Private equity Investment Opportunities across Africa.
Prior to the above, Michael has worked with companies like AT&T and Lucent Technologies, Bell Labs, IP Access and Vodafone as an Executive and senior Strategy Advisor spanning from the United States, Asia Pacific and Africa.
Michael has a BSc in Electrical Engineering from New York University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
 
 
   
 
Makafui is a driven professional with track record of leveraging cross functional skills for enterprise value. 

Makafui has worked with Crystal Capital and Investments Limited where as the Head, Corporate Affairs & Strategy Execution, she was responsible for the Company’s corporate communications, Corporate Social Investment Strategy and also for devising tactics that link the Company’s strategy to value. Prior to this, she was the Company’s Head for Strategy Execution and Performance Management.

She holds an MSc. in African Studies from University of Oxford, Uk and Bachelor of Arts degree
(Hons.) in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Ghana.

In her earlier experience, Makafui worked with Home Fundraising UK and Ministry of Foreign Affairs & RI, Ghana.
